Donna is responsible for coordinating the needs of the Team Members at Tyler Donegan as well as property leasing and tenant/lease management. Her primary duties involve market research, broker/client coordination, contract/lease organization and property advertising. She received her Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland in 1991 and has her Maryland real estate license. Donna has over ten years experience in land development, construction, property management and sales and leasing in Montgomery and Frederick Counties. She is an active member of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women).

As Property Support Specialist for Tyler Donegan, Donna is involved in all aspects of property management, including contract administration, financial analysis, bid proposals/awarding contracts for maintenance, collections, accounting, construction/tenant improvements and field concerns/problems from tenants. Donna is the company representative within the Property Management Association.
