Joe received his Undergraduate Degree in Philosophy in 1981 from Moravian College in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. He has over 15 years of experience serving the needs of his clients throughout Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia. Joe’s can do attitude has made him well known in the business community. He also continues to improve his skill set by taking extensive continuing real estate education courses including Investment Analysis, Real Estate Law, Appraising and Marketing.

As Vice President of Sales and Leasing for Tyler · Donegan, his focus is on servicing property owners and investors in buying and selling real estate. A strong construction background along with extensive experience in investment analysis and financing enhances this focus. This experience enables Joe to bring a diverse perspective on all of the key elements involved in all real estate transactions. Joe has represented some of our larger clients needs throughout other states including Florida, Texas, Alabama and Mississippi.
