TMC provides pre-construction services to architects, engineers, general contractors and building owners. These services include 3-D Cad, quantified budgets, value engineering, early equipment procurement, prefabrication, existing system examination, and site condition surveys.

We work with our clients early in the construction process to establish opportunities to value engineer, identify potential design and construction issues, and look for ways to avoid excessive change orders and costly budget and schedule overruns. TMC also performs safety planning during the preconstruction phase of all projects.
